We are seeking an experienced Safety Director to lead and continuously improve our company-wide safety culture, programs, and performance across multiple construction projects and operational locations.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety strategies that protect our people, support operational excellence, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry best practices.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Safety Manager is responsible for leading and advancing Bauer Design Build's safety strategy, programs, and culture across all company operations and construction projects. This role provides leadership, oversight, and accountability for safety compliance, risk management, training, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Safety Manager partners with field teams, trade partners, clients, and company leadership to create and maintain a proactive safety culture where every employee returns home safely each day. Through strong leadership, education, and operational support, this position ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while driving safety excellence and protecting our people, projects, and reputation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Policy enforcement </em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide onsite checks of company procedures to confirm standards are met across all company markets.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Documentation</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate records, including OSHA 300 logs, incident reports, and training completion records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A Meticulous individual to conduct through inspections and documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead investigations into accidents, injuries, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Distribute and track OSHA and insurance consultations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Documents and distributes corrective action requests to vendors as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manages project/owner specific safety documents as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Site safety inspection to document any hazards present that affect staff, vendors, and the public.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Report on safety performance, trends, and projected needs to management and other stakeholders. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Establish emergency response project specific plans, including fire prevention, disaster plans, medical response plans, and evacuation procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Management</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leadership and influence must be strong to lead a team, influence management, and motivate workers and trade partners to prioritize safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop, implement, and update safety policies, procedures, and programs to create a safety-first culture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Update and track yearly safety manual updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in bidding procedures to account for proper safety budgets within project estimates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage and update jobsite and office safety posters and information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and manage safety program budgets and report to management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage safety across multiple project sites with varying conditions, while adapting protocols to each unique environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all construction projects and company operations comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and industry best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage conflict firm but fair and with a sense of urgency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and deliver safety training for all employees, including new hire orientations and ongoing certification training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage and organize the safety committee to deliver results and company objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and field staff regarding specific site hazards and safe operating procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and manage the claims process, including workers compensation, insurance, and other liability policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage documentation and reporting of incidents for regulatory agencies, insurance providers, and internal analysis.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communication</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clearly communicate with clients regarding safety issues or procedures that could affect their operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work and communicate with senior management to align safety goals with broader operational strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in internal and external meetings to communicate, as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate with subcontractors to ensure they adhere to company and project policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey safety information, training, and policy changes to diverse audiences.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Training and Compliance </em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plan and implement safety training programs for all employees, from new hires to management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate training and maintain records for certifications such as CPR, first aid, and specific equipment operation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Function as the primary point of contact for external regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, during inspections and audits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Stay current with changes in safety regulations and construction industry best underline\">Education</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">BS Degree in safety management, occupational health, or related field is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">OSHA-30 training is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">OSHA instructor certification is preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Work Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction safety management is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extensive knowledge of OSHA stands and experience managing large-scale construction safety programs is
