    "description": "<h2>Nature and Scope</h2>\n<p>Under the direction of the Director of the Childcare Center, the Teacher Aide will be responsible for helping facilitate the day to day operations of the program. The Teacher Aide will help the teacher monitor and ensure safety and program guidelines in their classroom, provide a safe, happy, and positive environment for all children, plan and implement all activities appropriate for children ages 0-5 years, and assist with DRDP assessments as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Location</h2>\n<p>We are located at 1018 Valley View Drive, Quincy CA 95971</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>\n<p>Compensation Philosophy: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>We have 6 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate successful candidate for 6 years of relevant experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Compensation Range:</p>\n<ul>\n <li> $18.63 - $23.77 / hour </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Status / Shift Information</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time, benefited </li>\n <li>Monday-Friday </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Six (6) completed units of early childhood education <em>and</em>enrolled in at least 2 semester units at a college until fully qualified or possess a teaching credential.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Title 22 Regulations</li>\n <li>Planning and implementing curriculum for children ages 0-5 years</li>\n <li>Current principles and practices of early childhood education in a play-based, family centered program</li>\n <li>Family inclusion and education</li>\n <li>Completing observations related to the DRDP</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>DOJ and FBI Fingerprint Clearance.</li>\n <li>Eight (8) hours of Preventative Health and Safety Training within three (3) months of hire</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits / Perks</h2>\n<p>Options offered to benefit eligible employees: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, and Vision Plans</li>\n <li>Paid days for continuing education, bereavement, and jury duty</li>\n <li>Retirement Plans with 3% company contribution</li>\n <li>Voluntary Life Insurance and Long Term Disability </li>\n <li>Considerable Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>And more!
