Position Summary: To provide high quality psychotherapy to senior clients with identified behavioral health needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial screenings to identify client needs, address urgent concerns, and provide timely referrals. Administer comprehensive psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning. Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients of all ages experiencing biopsychosocial challenges. Collaborate with clients, physicians, and other providers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Regularly reassess clients and update treatment plans to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Meet with a clinical supervisor at least monthly to discuss and review client cases. Document all client interactions in the medical record system within three working days. Perform billing activities in accordance with agency procedures and guidelines. Participate in required meetings and training sessions to stay informed and connected. Provide guidance and education to patients on health, wellness, and illness prevention, including family planning services. Stay current on advancements in therapeutic techniques, theories, and research to enhance your practice. Take on other duties as assigned to support the team and organization. Minimum Qualifications Must have a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the social or behavioral sciences. Must be fully licensed in the state of TX as a LCSW, LPC or LMFT and be in good standing with their credentialing board. Must maintain first aid/CPR certifications. Must have a minimum of 2 years paid work experience providing psychotherapy. Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize.
