Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users (onsite and remote) Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and peripherals Manage user accounts in Active Directory (create, modify, disable) Support email and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Webex Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, DHCP issues) Install and update software applications Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software) Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary Support and troubleshoot cloud-based phone/VoIP system
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic understanding of virtual environments (VMware) Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Previous help desk or customer support experience (including internships) Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) Korean-English bilingual ability is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs Ability to set up and relocate IT equipment (desktops, monitors, printers)
