Join our talented team at one of our beautiful Marin County California locations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Our Mission</strong>To promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all.\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Signin Bonus -</strong></p>\n<p>$100k-$120k Signing bonus available for select applicants (specific program terms apply).</p>Relocation assistance provided for eligible candidates\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care. </li>\n <li>Cares for pediatric patients (ages 0-18 years old).</li>\n <li>Conducts routine well-child care visits, urgent care and follow up appointments.</li>\n <li>Provides supervision and consultation to mid-level pediatric practitioners working at the clinic.</li>\n <li>Opportunity to conduct pediatric inpatient hospital rounds at Marin General Hospital based on need and interest. </li>\n <li>Participates in quality management activities as assigned by the Medical Director.</li>\n <li>Participates in the direction and development of health care services provided by Marin Community Clinics as a member of the primary health care team.</li>\n <li>In addition to regularly scheduled shifts, is able to work a minimum of three (3) 4-hour Saturday shifts per calendar year, providing medical care to patients within the standard scope of practice.  Requirement begins after 90-day training period and compensation for coverage to be outlined in offer.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pediatrician with experience preferred but new residency grads also welcome or Pediatric NP with 3+ yrs. of experience. </li>\n <li>Board eligible or Board certified highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid and unrestricted license issued by the Medical Board of California to practice medicine.</li>\n <li>Current registration issued by the DEA allowing the prescription of drugs.</li>\n <li>Current BLS certification.</li>\n <li>Prior experience working with under-served communities in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Community Health Clinic environment highly desirable. </li>\n <li>Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Records preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to see an average of 18-22 patients per day for Full Time shift.</li>\n <li>Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.</li>\n <li>Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged standing, walking, and prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times and move medical equipment.</li>\n <li>Fine motor hand movements typical of performing standard Pediatrician job duties.</li>\n <li>Able to read charts graphs and readings on medical equipment.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Practice Highlights:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Signing Bonus (if eligible)</li>\n <li>Relocation Bonus</li>\n <li>Beautiful Marin County, close proximity to SF.</li>\n <li>Enjoy a more efficient workflow with AI scribe support designed to streamline charting and improve provider experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>Our benefits program is designed to protect your health, family and way of life.
