From your first day, you'll shape the experience behind Estonia's mission-critical systems, designing interfaces that bring real value and make a difference in how vital services are delivered.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You'll thrive here if you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 2+ years of experience as a UX or UI Designer.</li>\n<li>Work confidently with responsive design principles.</li>\n<li>Create clear, testable prototypes using tools such as Figma or similar.</li>\n<li>Can show your thinking through past work - a portfolio, case studies, or designs you can walk us through.</li>\n<li>Are comfortable working in both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Running usability tests and turning what you learn into better designs.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and W3C guidelines.</li>\n<li>Understanding of frontend development, JavaScript-based frameworks, or REST web services.</li>\n<li>Exposure to Veera or TEDI design systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience from day one.
