You'll work directly with our AI Engineering team to build and scale backend systems that integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our core AOS, and other platforms. This is a hands-on product engineering role where you'll collaborate closely with our product team and customers to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into production-ready solutions that help the world's largest media companies optimize their advertising operations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop scalable Python/Java services that power AI-driven features within Operative's advertising management platform, handling systems that process $8.5B in digital and $60B+ in global TV ad revenue</li>\n<li>Collaborate with AI teams to integrate Large Language Models using frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph, and other modern AI toolkits to create agentic workflows that automate complex advertising operations</li>\n<li>Build and maintain data pipelines and backend APIs that empowers our AI agentic capabilities, for powerful workflow and process automations</li>\n<li>Deploy and scale AI applications using Docker containers across AWS/GCP/Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability for mission-critical advertising operations serving 300+ clients across 25+ countries</li>\n<li>Work directly with media company customers (FOX, NBCU, Disney, HBO, etc.) to understand their workflow pain points and translate business requirements into technical AI solutions that drive measurable revenue impact</li>\n<li>Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices for AI systems, ensuring robust, scalable solutions that can handle enterprise-scale advertising operations</li>\n<li>Develop concrete roadmap items and lead implementation efforts for AI features that advance customers from proof-of-concept to production deployment of agentic AI workflows<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:<br></span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Have :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience with web frameworks including FastAPI/Flask for API development and data manipulation tools like Pandas and SQLAlchemy for handling complex advertising datasets</li>\n<li>Hands-on Docker experience with demonstrated ability to containerize applications and manage deployment pipelines in cloud environments</li>\n<li>Proven experience running LLMs locally and in containerized environments, with practical knowledge of model deployment, optimization, and scaling challenges</li>\n<li>Direct experience integrating LLMs, system prompts, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) into existing production applications, not just proof-of-concepts</li>\n<li>Expertise with leading AI toolkits and frameworks including Langchain, LangGraph, Langfuse, InspectAI, LangSmith, GenAI Toolbox, LlamaIndex, and OpenSearch</li>\n<li>Strong debugging, collaboration, and communication skills with ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams</li>\n<li>Product engineering mindset with understanding of how to translate customer needs into technical requirements and measurable business outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Streamlit for rapid dashboard and demo development</li>\n<li>Background in media, advertising technology, or high-volume transaction processing systems</li>\n<li>Experience with agentic AI workflows and automation of complex business processes</li>\n<li>Knowledge of advertising operations, inventory management, or programmatic advertising concepts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field</li>\n<li>5+ years of professional software development experience with focus on backend systems and APIs</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered products or features to production environments</li>\n<li>Experience working with enterprise customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field</li>\n<li>Experience in advertising technology, media technology, or other high-volume transaction processing domains</li>\n<li>Previous experience in a product engineering role where AI/ML capabilities directly impacted customer workflows and business metrics</li>\n<li>Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in AI implementation projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GENERAL</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>These duties and responsibilities may be changed in accordance with the needs of the Company.</li>\n<li>This is not intended to be an exhaustive or exclusive list of duties.
