Adhere to Federal sanitation practices at all times.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><p>Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner. Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure that customer satisfaction is met. Assist in leading and serving the food service line in a professional manner.</p><p><strong>OTHER:</strong></p><p>Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position, ability to work night shift as per schedule requirements.</p><p>Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of Permian Lodging. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions, safety meetings is required.</p>",
