As a proud member of 1% for the Planet, we support a wide range of nonprofit partners through volunteering, donations, and ongoing sustainability initiatives, reflecting our belief that business has a responsibility to create positive change for future generations.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented<span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior</span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Territory Manager based in the Cleveland, OH area. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent our brands in stores with merchandising: Improving the product mix, improving shelf placement, building displays, restocking inventory.</li>\n<li>Introduce new products from our brands to grocery retailers throughout the territory.</li>\n<li>Develop positive and trusting relationships with all individual stores within your territory.</li>\n<li>Develop positive and trusting relationships with all principal clients.</li>\n<li>Develop positive and collaborative relationships with all Green Spoon team members and departments.</li>\n<li>Become knowledgeable about our brand partners, their products and how to best present and sell them into your assigned stores.</li>\n<li>Be proactive in supporting retailers, distributors and principals with resets, store openings and trade shows.</li>\n<li>Audit stores to maintain a record of new and existing placement and maintain quality communication with all retailers, distributors, principals, and Green Spoon team members.</li>\n<li>Develop positive and collaborative relationships with Distributor Account Managers (uNFI/KeHE, etc)</li>\n<li>Work and build relationship with distributor reps in the territory, UNFI &amp; KeHE specifically.</li>\n<li>Write turnover orders filling voids, case stack deals, and new item placement.</li>\n<li>Develop a complete understanding of all Green Spoon field tools, applications and selling resources available to you.</li>\n<li>Update internal tracking applications on a daily basis.</li>\n<li>Use and Maintain all required Green Spoon Field Tools.</li>\n<li><span>Actively engage in the Teams text stream, providing assistance and answering questions as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assume leadership of the team call in the absence of the Regional Manager on scheduled Mondays.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare and brief with the Regional Manager in advance regarding call management responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Hold responsibility for a regional DOR (Direct Operating Responsibility) items, including but not limited to:</span></li>\n<li><span>Key Retailer Confirmations</span></li>\n<li><span>Regional Key Retailer Tasks</span></li>\n<li><span>Independent affiliated focused Tasks (INFRA, NCG, ION)</span></li>\n<li><span>Support the training and development of new Territory Managers within the region.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positive attitude</li>\n<li>Great attention to detail</li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint</li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask</li>\n<li>Interest in organic food and products</li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation to get store to store and carry samples</li>\n<li>Must own a smartphone and computer to perform duties</li>\n<li>Green Spoon supplies Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n<li>College degree preferred</li>\n<li>Natural food and grocery experience required</li>\n<li>Must excel in both verbal and written communication</li>\n<li>Some overnight travel may be required based on geographic territory</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>*Leadership reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to ensure alignment with overarching department goals.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Some of the awesome benefits you will receive as a Team Member at Green Spoon!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Amazing company culture!</span></li>\n<li><span>15%-25%+ higher salary package over competitive agencies</span></li>\n<li><span>401k Match Plan - 100% Employer Match up to 4% of Salary</span></li>\n<li><span>100% covered strong Health insurance plan</span></li>\n<li><span>100% covered strong Dental insurance plan</span></li>\n<li><span>100% covered strong Vision insurance plan</span></li>\n<li><span>Critical Illness &amp;
