We are looking for reliable and motivated PM Line Cooks who take pride in their work and can perform consistently in a fast-paced evening service environment.</p><p><br></p><p>PM Line Cooks are responsible for executing dinner service with consistency, maintaining organized stations, and supporting overall kitchen operations during high-volume periods. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.</p><p><br></p><p>We provide full coverage for required Food Handler certification. Training time and certification costs are covered in accordance with company policy and California requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>Set up and stock stations for evening service</p><p>Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards</p><p>Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and proper timing during service</p><p>Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned station</p><p>Communicate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service</p><p>Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation</p><p>Assist with prep and closing duties as needed</p><p>Follow all food safety and sanitation standards</p><p>Support team members to maintain a high-functioning kitchen</p><p><br></p><p>Employment is at-will in accordance with California law.
