          "text": "<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a talented and experienced <strong>Senior Hydrogeochemist/Geochemist</strong> to join our team. This role involves providing direction and technical guidance to the geochemistry team to support and grow our mining projects. The successful candidate will develop and execute mine-related geochemical testing programs and geochemical &amp; water quality models for mining operations in Canada and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or Ph.D. and minimum 15 years of demonstrated experience&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Strong geochemistry and leadership qualities.</li><li>Direct the development and execution of geochemical testing programs for mining projects.</li><li>Provide technical direction for the creation and calibration of geochemical and water quality models using industry-standard software.</li><li>Provide technical support and review of geochemical data to support project planning and decision-making.</li><li>Review technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geochemical data into mining project designs.</li><li>Provide guidance to the mining team and other project team members on monitoring and evaluating water quality and geochemical conditions, and recommendations for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance on field programs, including site visits, data collection, and sampling.</li><li>Assist in Business Development efforts to grow the mining services portfolio.</li><li>Engage in recruitment efforts to grow and expand the offerings of the mining team.</li></ul>",
