The Caretria Vision: Create the shortest path between patient and therapy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join the growing Caretria family today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Operations Lead</strong> will focus on the safety, quality and productivity of associates engaged in operations activities assigned to them. They will ensure that equipment is utilized as intended by the manufacturer with all guards and safety devices in place.  </p>\n<p>SHIFT: 8:00-4:30</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, best practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. line clearance, inventory reconciliation, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and OSHA.) </li>\n <li>Responsible for meeting promise-by times and the productivity of the line and associates under their supervision.</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe Operations environment.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (including line clearance, product reconciliation, and sanitation) procedures, and industry best practices.</li>\n <li>Deploy labor, equipment, and systems focused on achieving benchmarks and productivity requirements for assigned job(s).</li>\n <li>Accurately report the consumption of resources (e.g., labor, materials, inventory, equipment, postage, etc…)</li>\n <li>Manage day-to-day Operations to focus on maintenance and enhancement of the accuracy of work-in-progress and standing inventories.</li>\n <li>Ensure that paperwork and databases are updated as close to real time as possible and contain accurate and up-to-date information.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all materials, inventory, and equipment are ready in advance of deploying labor to a work center.</li>\n <li>Assign individual tasks to associates; assess quality and productivity of output on an on-going basis, making adjustments to line and labor as necessary.</li>\n <li>Provide timely input to status and exception reports to Operations Supervisor so that proper client notification and capacity planning adjustment can be made.</li>\n <li>Participate in all training and process improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Education/Training:  High School Education or higher.  </li>\n <li>Business Experience: One year related supervisory experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>General warehouse or distribution skills</li>\n <li>Use of job specific machinery and equipment </li>\n <li>Basic to intermediate mathematical skills (counting, adding, multiplying, percentages, calculating line rates, capacities, etc.)</li>\n <li>Basic to intermediate computer skills</li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job the employee is:</li>\n <li>Frequently required to stand or sit.</li>\n <li>Frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.</li>\n <li>Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.</li>\n <li>Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds.</li>\n <li>Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 35 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Caretria is an Equal Opportunity Employer</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The expected base pay range for this position is $20 to $22 per hr. The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule. In addition to base pay, CareTria offers a comprehensive benefits package.
