    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Financial Planning & Budget Analyst will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for supporting the CFO with detailed analysis of business opportunities, business performance, and budget development & analysis. This role will involve working closely with various departments to gather and analyze data, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in medical services and ancillary health insurance.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential business opportunities.</li>\n <li>Evaluate the financial impact of new projects, partnerships, and services.</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.</li>\n <li>Support the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units.</li>\n <li>Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.</li>\n <li>Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual budget.</li>\n <li>Analyze budget variances and provide explanations and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.</li>\n <li>Support the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the CFO and senior management.</li>\n <li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.</li>\n <li>Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.</li>\n <li>Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform ad hoc financial analysis as requested by the CFO or other senior management.</li>\n <li>Support special projects and initiatives as needed.</li>\n <li>Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.</li>\n <li>Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.</li>\n <li>To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager.   </li>\n <li>Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).</li>\n <li>Experience with financial reporting systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and with other team members.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of healthcare services and ancillary health insurance is a plus</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Anticipate needs in a proactive manner to increase satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Take ownership of job responsibilities by initiating prompt and appropriate follow up and/or action to problems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>We will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
