This job is considered a mid-level back-end application development position. Back-End Developers level II must have the necessary experience to work or assist others in the analysis, design, maintenance, support, deployment, implementation, and documentation of Web applications. This employee must be able to work in development teams, providing constant feedback and status to her or his peers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Back-End Development</li>\n<li>Write server-side code to support single-page web applications using modern frameworks and platforms and the latest Web standards for multiple Internet browsers.</li>\n<li>Write server-side code to develop Application Programming Interfaces (API) using REST or SOAP approaches for data interchange.</li>\n<li>Write server-side code for database interaction with the application using multiple modern frameworks and libraries.</li>\n<li>Write server-side code to develop services, recurrent jobs, and workflows to maintain or manage application processes.</li>\n<li>Write the necessary code for the integration to other platforms or services.</li>\n<li>Understand and work with software requirements specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Web Application Testing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform unit testing to APIs, and databases.</li>\n<li>Provide documentation for unit testing.</li>\n<li>Analyze and develop solutions and fixes to errors or problems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Code Management and Standards</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with modern platforms dedicated to code storage, code management, branching, and file versioning.</li>\n<li>Work with multiple code branches and versions.</li>\n<li>Write code in compliance with the company standards and other industry standards used for optimization, security, interoperability, compatibility, accessibility, and usability.</li>\n<li>Write code documentation and comments following company standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge</span></p>\n<p>Programming Languages</p>\n<p>The employee must possess intermediate knowledge in the following programming, notation, and markup languages.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>XML</li>\n<li>JSON</li>\n<li>JavaScript</li>\n<li>TypeScript</li>\n<li>C#.Net</li>\n<li>Java</li>\n<li>jQuery</li>\n<li>T-SQL</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<p>The employee must have at least three years of proven working experience developing applications, performing similar duties and responsibilities, and using the languages, technologies, and platforms described in this document.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<p>The employee must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or have 5 years of equivalent experience developing applications.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other</span><br>US Resident | US Citizen</p>\n<p>Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)</p>\n<p>Work Modality: Hybrid </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>EEO</p>",
