In this position, you will provide pastoral care, spiritual counseling and guidance to patients, families and staff of the hospital.&nbsp;</p><p>Schedule: Thursday and Friday's 7am - 3:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm</p><p style=\"-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(36, 36, 36); font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-decoration-color: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"color: inherit; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"border: 0px; font-feature-settings: inherit; font-kerning: inherit; font-language-override: inherit; font-optical-sizing: inherit; font-size-adjust: inherit; font-size: 11pt; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-variation-settings: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;\">&nbsp;</span></span>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Graduate of a fully accredited theological seminary with a Master of Divinity degree or canonically acceptable equivalent which could be verified with Board Certified Chaplain Eligibility<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;4 Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) courses verified by the hospital or accredited educational institution &nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Board Certified Chaplain from the APC, NACC, NAJC, or CASC preferred<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Individual ordained by her/his faith group preferred<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Board certified within two years required</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develops and implements ministry objectives, policies and procedures consistent with hospital philosophy<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;May actively support the Spiritual Care Volunteer programs through mentoring and continuing education programs<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Evaluates patient/family needs for spiritual guidance and counseling. Initiates or recommends programs to meet those needs<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Administers the sacraments and perform religious rites, e.g. baptism, or arranges for appropriate religious leader to do so<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintains availability for consultation to hospital staff and other individuals on matters pertaining to hospital ministry<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Creates and promotes healing &amp; wholeness programs including Critical Incident Response Team activities and supports the specialized ministry of healthcare chaplaincy in every setting<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborates with Volunteer Services Asst. Director in planning and teaching Spiritual Care Volunteer classes</p>",
