We provide classes beyond our borders and extend our commitment to education to regions where they are most needed!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Activity Leader</span><span> </span>assists with checking students in to their accommodation on arrival day and assisting in safeguarding and welfare in the student residence.<span> </span></span><span>The nature of the role may require the candidate to work unsociable hours (weekends/evenings/bank holidays) - they will likely work up to 6 days a week with 1 day off on the weekend. </span>We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic summer staff to deliver successful experiences for our students! <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The location will be in<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bournemouth - starting from 22nd of June for up to 8 weeks (training will be provided before). </span></p>\n<p><span>  </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities &amp; Tasks<span> </span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarising yourself with the campus, attractions, and amenities around the town.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Liaising with the team of Bayswater Summer staff at the centre, and developing a friendly and co-operative atmosphere.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with student arrivals, conducting a tour of the campus, and helping with student departures as required by the Centre Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Cooperating with teachers for themed nights and any required activity organized by the school.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Cooperating with group leaders who are accompanying students on activities and excursions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervising, leading, and participating fully in afternoon and evening activities, as led by the Activity Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Organising and participating fully in daytime activities and excursions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring you have all the necessary information to lead excursions and give informative talks both on the coach and when walking around.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Counting all students on and off coaches, in and out of attractions and reporting any problems immediately to the Activity Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sufficiently preparing and researching excursions and activities in order to deliver the most informative and organised product to students and group leaders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring that the company’s health and safety guidelines are followed, both on campus and when students are on off-site excursions.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Wearing the Bayswater Summer uniform provided.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confident public speaker</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to dynamically risk assess scenarios and areas</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Personal Attributes</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Resilient with a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach to work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A team player and able to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of people</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Customer-focused</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Committed to equality and diversity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confident and outgoing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in a high-pressured environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>   </span> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">What we offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Salary of £13 per hour - hourly or fixed rates of up to 48 hours (Full time, part time or zero hour contracts available)</span><br></li>\n<li>Training &amp;
