          "text": "<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>Softeon is seeking experienced WMS Implementation Consultants to join our Solution Delivery team. This role is focused on delivering end-to-end WMS implementations, from requirements definition through go-live. The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse operations knowledge, hands-on WMS implementation experience, and a passion for designing efficient, scalable distribution solutions. Candidates will undergo training on Softeon’s platform and develop into subject matter experts across our supply chain solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Lead or participate in full lifecycle WMS implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live</p><p>• Analyze client warehouse operations and translate business requirements into effective system configurations and process designs</p><p>• Configure WMS solutions across core warehouse functions such as receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control</p><p>• Provide consultative guidance on warehouse operations, leveraging real-world operational experience to optimize process design, material flow, and overall warehouse performance</p><p>• Support solution design for integrations with external systems (ERP, TMS, OMS, and automation systems), including data mapping and interface definition (EDI, XML, APIs, flat files)</p><p>• Configure and validate interactions with warehouse technologies including RF devices, barcode scanners, printers, labeling, and material handling equipment</p><p>• Develop and execute test scenarios (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) aligned with real-world operational workflows</p><p>• Support go-live planning and execution, including cutover activities and operational readiness</p><p>• Collaborate with client stakeholders, Softeon teams, and third-party partners throughout the implementation lifecycle</p><p>• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance solution capabilities and implementation efficiency</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering strongly preferred), Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field</p><p>• 3–5 years of hands-on WMS implementation experience</p><p>• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and functional designs</p><p>• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control</p><p>• Experience with system integrations (ERP, TMS, OMS) and data formats (EDI, XML, APIs) • Familiarity with warehouse devices such as RF scanners, printers, and labeling systems</p><p>• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>• Excellent communication and client-facing skills</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities</p><p>• Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 50%</p><p>• US Citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States</p>",
