    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION SUMMARY </span></p>\n<p><em>Service Technician capable of inspecting, removing, installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining our client’s fueling facilities (vehicular, emergency generator, boilers, etc.).<br><br></em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reasonable Accommodations Statement </span></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform on-site maintenance at our client’s fueling facilities throughout South Florida regularly; Occasional travel to remote sites to assist Project Personnel. </span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of fuel/petroleum equipment problems.</span></li>\n<li>Perform fuel facility/systems monthly/annual/pre-regulatory inspections and diagnosis on regular schedules. Self-schedule much of your own activities in coordination with the Service Project Manager.</li>\n<li><span>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with an excellent work ethic, neat appearance, and good communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Keep customers informed of job progress, parts availability, cost estimates, and job completion. Contracts may require rapid response (less than 4 hours), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.</span></li>\n<li><span>Read, write, and speak English with exceptional analytical and communication skills; </span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate all required inspections with the site Foreman and maintain good working relationships with inspectors.</span></li>\n<li><span>Reviews, analyzes, and updates Labor Hours/Job Costs Report information with project management regularly.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist Project Managers with schedule preparation. </span></li>\n<li><span>Keep proper and complete documentation of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for the care and maintenance of a stock of tools and fuel equipment inventory.</span></li>\n<li><span>Attend required training with Fuel and Electrical control systems. Participation in company-provided training.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure accurate and complete cost coding of all time cards and Work Orders on a daily basis. Review, sign off, and forward time cards to the corporate office as required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure efficient project closeout, including completion of all punch list work, owner training and instruction, transfer of spare parts, final cleanup, demobilization, and project records archiving.</span></li>\n<li><span>Enforce and implement the dictates and recommendations of the EHS department.</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete all documentation required in the Corporate Health and Safety plan.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Environmental</span></span><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Assist the Environmental Scientist in the performance of sampling. </span></li>\n<li><span>Set up of sampling and monitoring equipment – this includes calibration of field equipment</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintenance of equipment (cleaning and repair)</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct or assist with environmental sampling - may include groundwater, surface water, or soil</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete field logs with all required information</span></li>\n<li><span>Set up field screening equipment/instruments (OVA Meter, GPS Trimble Unit, etc.), collect field data, and document readings</span></li>\n<li><span>Read and interpret field/site maps, document site conditions/changes</span></li>\n<li><span>Document field activities with daily reports and pictures</span></li>\n<li><span>Properly pack samples and coordinate the delivery of samples to the laboratory </span></li>\n<li><span>Operate remediation/dewatering systems, maintain components (pumps, etc.), collect necessary samples for screening</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competencies: </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong background or equivalent training in heavy mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong diagnosis, repair, and testing abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to interact with others, including customers and colleagues, professionally and courteously.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate high standards for appearance, safety, and professionalism.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to build rapport with clients and identify, define, and solve problems and satisfy customer needs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to lead without constant supervision and be a self-starter.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong Multi-tasking skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be a team player.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school graduation or equivalent required.</li>\n<li>Trade School or Apprentice program strong plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span>: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of previous experience in this position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Computer Skills: </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must have familiarity with computer operations and an aptitude for learning computer skills.</span></li>\n<li>Complete Daily reports / JSAs / Toolbox meetings</li>\n<li>Ability to send and receive email.</li>\n<li>Ability to complete online time reporting, including preparation of Certified Payroll sign-in.</li>\n<li>Submit Project Photos on a scheduled basis.</li>\n<li>Ability to complete online training<em><br><br></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certificates &amp;
