The Fountainhead Group is seeking dedicated <strong>Quality Inspectors</strong> to join our growing team on both <strong>1st and 2nd shifts</strong>. As part of our Quality Department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the products we proudly manufacture meet the highest standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this hands-on role, you’ll perform <strong>first-piece, incoming, in-process, and final inspections</strong> to ensure quality at every stage of production. You’ll also help evaluate and document customer returns—all while keeping accurate records that support both company and customer requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Be part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and pride in workmanship!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Available Shifts & Pay:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>1st Shift:</strong> 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday | <strong>$19.00/hour</strong></p></li>\n <li><p><strong>2nd Shift:</strong> 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday | <strong>$19.00/hour + $0.50 shift differential</strong></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Want to learn about our open positions at the Fountainhead Group...Click here to learn more! https://youtu.be/J9AdUfnl-MQ</strong></em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct First Article Inspection on new products and/or revised products.</li>\n <li>Inspection throughout the entire manufacturing process including inspection of raw materials, parts, sub-assemblies and finished goods.</li>\n <li>Ensure appropriate action is taken when non-conforming material is found.   Make production run or hold recommendations based on the critically of the defect.</li>\n <li>Ensure operators are processing or assembling material according to Work Orders and/or BOM.  Communicate discrepancies to the attention of the Supervisor, Assistant Q.C. Manager and Q.C. Manager</li>\n <li>Document performed inspections including non-conforming product found during the inspection process.</li>\n <li>Create DMR’s in Epicor for all non-conforming product.</li>\n <li>Operate basic measuring devices like micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc.</li>\n <li>Follow Q.C. procedures, plans and test procedures as outlined </li>\n <li>Examine, disposition and document customer returns.</li>\n <li>Maintain good housekeeping and safety in all of the quality control work areas</li>\n <li>Prompt completion of tasks assigned by Quality Management.</li>\n <li>All other tasks so assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Remote Position</h2>No\n<h2>Min Compensation </h2>USD $19.00/Hr.\n<h2>Max Compensation </h2>USD $19.00/Hr.\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent education required</li>\n <li>Prior experience in Quality Control and/or Manufacturing preferred</li>\n <li>You are detail-oriented, capable of reviewing and documenting a high volume of product evaluations</li>\n <li>You are a skilled written and verbal communicator</li>\n <li>You possess excellent time management skills and can prioritize various tasks as assigned by the Quality Control Manager to ensure their completion in a timely manner</li>\n <li>You are capable of operating basic measuring devices (such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)</li>\n <li>You are a team player who likes to work collaboratively </li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>In addition to a competitive salary, we are pleased to offer the following benefit package:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Medical</em></li>\n <li><em>Dental</em></li>\n <li><em>Paid Vacation</em></li>\n <li><em>Holiday Pay</em></li>\n <li><em>401k with employer match</em></li>\n <li><em>Tuition Reimbursement</em></li>\n <li><em>Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)</em></li>\n <li><em>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</em></li>\n <li><em>Employer paid Life Insurance</em></li>\n <li><em>Employee paid Voluntary Life and Short Term Disability Coverage</em></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Website</h2>\n<p>https://www.thefountainheadgroup.com/</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Want to learn more about The Fountainhead Group?
