          "text": "<p>The Express Service Consultant will be responsible for the professional delivery and installation of MSX Express Service prescribed solutions furnished by MSX.&#xa0; The Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining a direct relationship with specifically assigned dealers, and OEM field organizations where applicable, as well as to assist with Dealer Launch Meetings and Dealer Workshop Meetings.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Day to Day Responsibilities&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Installation of the Basic and/or Advanced Express Service program as outlined in the MSX Express Service program documentation&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Dealer Basic and/or Advanced Consultations as outlined in the MSX Express Service program documentation&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Dealer Basic and/or Advanced Sustainment visits as outlined in the MSX Express Service program documentation&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Dealership staff training as outlined in the MSX Express Service program documentation&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Dealership phone follow-up support&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Timely and comprehensive completion of dealer action plans&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Implement best practice processes within the Express Service operation (customer appointment, customer reception/greeting, workshop scheduling, repair processes, productivity and efficiency, quality control, invoice preparation, customer vehicle delivery, follow up call after repair, etc…)&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Adequate OEM National and Regional personnel contact&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Monthly field detail reports submission&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Weekly time cards and expense reports submission&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Need to be available and have the desire to travel 80% of the time&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
