This role serves as a key link between field operations, project management/sales, and accounting by confirming that all labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs are properly documented and recorded. The position plays a critical role in protecting job margins and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li data-section-id=\"hdi5dp\" data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"826\" data-pasted=\"true\">Track project activity and receive updates as field crews complete work in real time</li><li data-section-id=\"hdi5dp\" data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"826\" data-pasted=\"true\">Assess and validate job profitability by evaluating operational improvements</li><li data-section-id=\"1pyhx7j\" data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1115\">Review all job &ldquo;actuals&rdquo; entered in the OneCrew system, including:<ul data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"1115\"><li data-section-id=\"1wss934\" data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"944\">Field labor hours (regular and overtime)</li><li data-section-id=\"8o5z7i\" data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"991\">Material quantities and delivery tickets</li><li data-section-id=\"sgo852\" data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1032\">Equipment usage (owned and rented)</li><li data-section-id=\"ggxhov\" data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1076\">Trucking, hauling, and disposal costs</li><li data-section-id=\"18lsao5\" data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1115\">Subcontractor and vendor charges</li></ul></li><li data-section-id=\"tafqsr\" data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1413\">Reconcile job cost data against supporting construction documentation, such as:<ul data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1413\"><li data-section-id=\"dygpn5\" data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1235\">Vendor and supplier invoices</li><li data-section-id=\"l26gly\" data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1284\">Material delivery tickets and weight slips</li><li data-section-id=\"1w7yg2j\" data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1326\">Field timecards and payroll reports</li><li data-section-id=\"yexnt7\" data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1369\">Equipment logs and rental agreements</li><li data-section-id=\"rrsnq7\" data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1413\">Subcontractor invoices and agreements</li></ul></li><li data-section-id=\"1r9n1wv\" data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1615\">Identify missing costs, discrepancies, or misallocations and coordinate with:<ul data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1615\"><li data-section-id=\"fvh0vy\" data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1528\">Field supervisors/foremen</li><li data-section-id=\"k9usqd\" data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1565\">Project managers or sales team</li><li data-section-id=\"1lddklo\" data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1598\">Vendors and subcontractors</li><li data-section-id=\"1esivjd\" data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1615\">Accounting</li></ul></li><li data-section-id=\"vfsnms\" data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1693\">Ensure all committed and incurred costs are captured before job closeout</li><li data-section-id=\"11oy1xx\" data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1785\">Validate that job costing aligns with contract scope, change orders, and approved work</li><li data-section-id=\"1fkbqd0\" data-start=\"1787\" data-end=\"1869\">Provide formal sign-off that the job is fully and accurately costed in OneCrew</li><li data-section-id=\"6hq2y1\" data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1996\">Release job to Sales/Project Management for final review of job performance (actual vs. estimated costs, margin analysis)</li><li data-section-id=\"1di2geh\" data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2099\">Upon Sales approval, confirm readiness for Accounting to invoice, bill, and close out the project</li><li data-section-id=\"18hrspq\" data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2187\">Support continuous improvement of job costing processes and documentation accuracy</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li data-section-id=\"1bnmed5\" data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2353\" data-pasted=\"true\">Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent field experience)</li><li data-section-id=\"o1743b\" data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2458\">2+ years of experience in construction job costing, project coordination, or construction accounting</li><li data-section-id=\"1g2gndl\" data-start=\"2459\" data-end=\"2564\">Familiarity with construction cost categories (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, trucking)</li><li data-section-id=\"ei9q1\" data-start=\"2565\" data-end=\"2664\">Experience with job costing or ERP systems (OneCrew or similar construction software preferred)</li><li data-section-id=\"10ccdwm\" data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2760\">Strong understanding of construction documentation (tickets, change orders, invoices, etc.)</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 35, 33);
