Hourly range from $25 to 32 an hour depending on experience plus bonus. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong interest in waxing, skincare, and cosmetic treatments and who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent patient care is our top priority. The ideal candidate is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">polished, friendly, professional, and motivated</span>, with a strong team-first mindset. We’re looking for someone who is emotionally and professionally mature, proactive in problem-solving, and empowered to address patient needs as they arise.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">administers professional facials, peels, HydraFacial and other medical spa and natural skincare treatments to our patients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, all skin types, sensitive, acne and pre and post surgical protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide consistent professional medical treatments, facial and body treatments in accordance with office protocols and accepted certification practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Actively promote home skin care regimens and document all medical information using appropriate forms and clinical notes in the software system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Actively promote all treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Licensed Esthetician </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of medical terminology</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">One-year experience working as an Aesthetician</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage competing priorities and workflow. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:  </span>Berman Skin Institute believes our people are the secret to our success, and we work to create an environment where each individual is appreciated, engaged, supported and rewarded.
