This position is critical to our guest’s overall experience as the Server Assistant must ensure the environment is clean, orderly, and stocked for our guests and team members.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions Statement(s)</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guests</li><li>Contribute to the overall teamwork and success of the restaurant</li><li>Communicate effectively with guests and team members</li><li>Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards</li><li>Ensure interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant</li><li>Set and reset tables perfectly guest-ready in a timely manner</li><li>Sweep floors throughout the entire restaurant</li><li>Carry dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dish area for cleaning</li><li>Handle guest complaints professionally and alert a manager immediately</li><li>Communicate with managers and hosts regarding table availability and key table updates</li><li>Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation</li><li>Demonstrate professional and gracious demeanor at all times</li><li>Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately</li><li>Perform any job function requested by the management team</li></ul>",
