Join a team as innovative as the technology we manage.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sodexo’s growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is seeking a <strong>Biomedical Equipment Technician 1 </strong>to support Healthcare Technology Management services at <strong>Melrose Wakefield Hospital located in Melrose, MA.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The main role/responsibilities of the <strong>Biomedical Equipment Technician 1</strong> will be to ensure all related biomedical equipment is maintained in a quality and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, strong technical skills and a commitment to deliver excellent repair service in an expedient manner.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs on a variety of biomedical equipment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality and patient safety.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance testing.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with clinical staff to understand equipment issues and deliver excellent customer support.</p></li>\n <li><p>Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to healthcare technology management.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
