Hospitality at our core; we put people first by creating meaningful connections and delivering memorable experiences to every guest, every time. </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </p>\n<p>The Senior Network Engineer leads the planning, design, and evaluation of new and existing computer network systems and services — including local area networks, wide area networks, intranets, and the Internet — providing expert analytical, technical, and administrative support. This role serves as a technical authority and mentor within the network team. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead enhancements, maintenance, and operational duties on the network; serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for the broader IT organization. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect and implement enterprise network solutions, including LAN/WAN design, firewall strategy, and security frameworks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Configure and manage Corporate Firewalls, including Palo Alto and other next-gen firewall platforms. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work independently and cross-functionally to maintain connectivity with remote locations and ensure proper operation of remote systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary tier 3 escalation point for network tickets; provide technical mentorship and guidance to help desk staff and junior network team members. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor, maintain, and respond to network monitoring and alerts (e.g., SolarWinds); proactively identify and resolve performance and availability issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain Access-Lists, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security controls to ensure enterprise-wide network security; lead PCI/HIPAA/FIPS compliance efforts as they relate to network infrastructure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise wireless (including 802.1x/RADIUS authentication) and wired network infrastructure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Light Windows/Linux server troubleshooting and support. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain enterprise QoS policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead network infrastructure projects from design through implementation, coordinating with stakeholders across IT and the business. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in and help manage the on-call rotation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, network diagrams, runbooks, and guides for use by all IT team members. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as extended workdays to support business needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Other duties may be assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree Required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>CCNA & CCNP Required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Seven to ten years of relevant experience supporting an enterprise network.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading network design and architecture decisions in a complex, multi-site enterprise environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have strong knowledge of managing and maintaining firewalls. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Expert knowledge of Routing Protocols, including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong experience implementing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise wireless networks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with PCI/HIPAA/FIPS and other information security standards; ability to lead audit-related network reviews. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with standard industry tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience deploying and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki and Cisco ISE. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Scripting and automation experience (Python, Perl, PHP, PowerShell, etc.) to drive operational efficiency. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working Linux skillset; experience with multicast routing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Sharp troubleshooting skills and proven ability to lead cross-team collaboration to resolve complex network issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills: high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong> </p>\n<p>At Lucky Strike Entertainment, we’re committed to supporting your well-being both on and off the job.
