This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assemble parts, subassemblies, and finished components per work instructions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Install mechanical, electrical, and interior components</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect work for quality and accuracy; correct defects as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow safety, quality, and production standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and quality personnel</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with hand and power tools</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ambulance, automotive, RV, or specialty vehicle manufacturing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mechanical, electrical, or interior assembly experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in a lean or production-based environment</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a manufacturing environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Contingencies of Employment</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and physical examination&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, if applicable to the position</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Life Line is an equal opportunity employer.
