You will also be tasked to assist with testing and confirming templates to maintain a high level of customer service for our clients to ensure our standard templates, and custom client templates are working as expected.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE </strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>In this role, you will…</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create new and manage existing client documentation for template repository</li>\n <li>Organize existing templates and documentation</li>\n <li>Review and monitor investor changes/requirements that impact our templates</li>\n <li>Assist with testing client requested changes to templates / investor requirements, including regression testing</li>\n <li>Perform audit functions to ensure appropriate procedures are followed </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>You possess …</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in financial services, mortgage servicing, or loss mitigation</li>\n <li>Techincial skills in Word, Excel, and PDF editors</li>\n <li>Excellent problem solving, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>A penchant for excellence, you will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards</li>\n <li>The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines</li>\n <li>The ability to work effectively with minimal oversight, and in the face of frequent change and ambiguity</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Create new and manage existing client documentation for template repository</li>\n <li>Organize existing templates and documentation</li>\n <li>Review and monitor investor changes/requirements that impact our templates</li>\n <li>Assist with testing client requested changes to templates / investor requirements</li>\n <li>Assist and trouble shoot client issues/requests</li>\n <li>Develop/manage state requirements for recordable templates</li>\n <li>Performs audit functions to ensure appropriate procedures are followed </li>\n <li>Develops and executes workflow regression test cases for all products</li>\n <li>Files descriptive and accurate defect reports as necessary</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred </li>\n <li>2 or more years’ experience in Technical Writing, Quality Assurance or Loss Mitigation.</li>\n <li>Effective in a fast paced environment</li>\n <li>Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions</li>\n <li>Collaborative/enjoys working in teams</li>\n <li>Self-starter/motivated</li>\n <li>Creative and effective problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and competing deadlines</li>\n <li>Time management skills</li>\n <li>Detail oriented, organized and thorough</li>\n <li>Critical reasoning and thinking skills, as well as detail oeriented individual required.</li>\n <li>High computer skills/knowledge necessary.
