    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Developer ll is responsible for the design, development, and code quality.</span></p><p><span><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Data design and data management experience using Oracle, MSSQL Server and MySQL</span></li><li><span>Query optimization and data synchronization</span></li><li><span>Service Oriented Architectures, Web Services Component Architectures</span></li><li><span>Design and coding skills used in individual contribution and code reviews of other team members</span></li><li><span>Troubleshoot issues quickly in support of hotfix demands as well as operate against a planned development schedule</span></li><li><span>Must have good communication skills, an appreciation for systems lifecycle methodology and a commitment to process adherence.</span></li><li><span>Manage to agree upon goals and objectives, including schedules, milestones and cost.</span></li><li><span>Provide design guidance to less experienced developers in an onshore/offshore model.</span></li><li><span>Contribute to process improvement initiatives and lead by example to meet schedule and scope commitments.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with quality assurance team members to structure test scenarios and plans.</span></li><li><span>Operate in an agile scrum style with a mindset toward creating workable interim deliverables that can be demonstrated to clients and product managers.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>What You Will Need:</strong></span></p><p><span><u>Education and Experience</u></span></p><ul><li><span>College degree or equivalent experience preferred.</span></li><li><span>4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer building and maintaining production applications.</span></li></ul><p><span><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</u></span></p><ul><li><span>Hands-on experience in C# and .NET, including:</span><ul><li><span>.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core</span></li><li><span>Web API development and middleware</span></li><li><span>Entity Framework Core, LINQ, data modeling, and design patterns&nbsp;</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with frontend development using:</span><ul><li><span>TypeScript and JavaScript</span></li><li><span>React (hooks, state management, component lifecycles)</span></li><li><span>Modern UI frameworks and responsive design principles</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Hands-on experience on CI/CD pipelines deploying applications in Microsoft Azure using GitHub Actions.</span></li><li><span>Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs</span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of authentication and authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)</span></li><li><span>2+ years of experience integrating Azure OpenAI Service into applications</span></li><li><span>Practical knowledge of:</span><ul><li><span>Prompt engineering and prompt optimization</span></li><li><span>Token limits, context window management, and cost optimization</span></li><li><span>Handling model errors, latency, and response quality</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Hands-on implementing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with embeddings and semantic similarity search</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience working on relational SQL and NoSQL databases.</span></li><li><span>Must have good communication skills, an appreciation for systems lifecycle methodology and a commitment to process adherence</span></li><li><span>Provide design guidance to less experienced developers in an onshore/offshore model&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Contribute to process improvement initiatives and lead by example to meet schedule and scope commitments</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with quality assurance team members to structure test scenarios and plans</span></li><li><span>Operate in an agile scrum style with a mindset toward creating workable interim deliverables that can be demonstrated to clients and product managers</span></li><li><span>Needs to be familiar with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Reporting Relationships:</strong></span></p><p><span>The incumbent reports to a Product Developer III, Lead, Manager or any other executive level position.
