It underpins the trust of our existing customers, reinforces our reputation in the market, and ensures we operate responsibly within the broader ecosystem in which we evolve.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As a Compliance &amp; Security Manager, your role is twofold:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Expertise &amp; Ownership:</span> You act as the owner of Kolo’s compliance and security posture, ensuring we meet the highest standards expected by the market, clients, leadership and investors.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Enablement &amp; Transformation:</span> You act as a catalyst for a strong security and compliance culture across the company. Beyond awareness, you embed best practices into daily operations, support teams through change and ensure that security becomes a shared responsibility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Responsibilities :</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; Certifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the GRC framework.</li>\n<li>Maintain ISO 9001 &amp; ISO 27001 certifications, including internal &amp; external audits.</li>\n<li>Drive ISO 50001 implementation (energy) by end of 2027.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">International Harmonization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Align processes across multiple countries.</li>\n<li>Adapt to different local cultures and practices to build a unified platform.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business &amp; Sales Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support RFPs and respond to security questionnaires.</li>\n<li>Act as a trusted expert in client-facing discussions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee compliance frameworks (KYC, whistleblowing).</li>\n<li>Contribute to ESG reporting for investors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security Culture &amp; Awareness</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deploy training programs via LMS.</li>\n<li>Promote security awareness across the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Profile :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Compliance.</li>\n<li>5–8 years of experience in GRC / Information Security.</li>\n<li>Experience in critical infrastructure environments (data centers, cloud) is a strong plus.</li>\n<li>Strong cross-cultural awareness and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n<li>Hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable building processes in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>A high level of English proficiency is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Kolo DC?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Luxembourg (with flexibility across European sites).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Impact:</span> Direct exposure to leadership and investors.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Opportunity:</span> Build and scale an international GRC function.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Recruitment Process</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Initial HR discussion.</li>\n<li>Interview with Operations Director.</li>\n<li>Interview with CFO.</li>\n<li>Final interview with the CEO (with potential site visit).</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join us in this key role where you can have a direct impact on our compliance, security, and overall credibility in the market.
