Ltd. has been a leader in roofing, waterproofing, cladding and glazing services across British Columbia and Ontario for over 90 years.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Service Manager to lead our Service Department. In this role, you will oversee a team of passionate Office and Field Technicians in delivering routine service work, emergency response services, and installation projects related to roofing and glazing.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about leading a high-performing team.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Oversee the Service Department team, including Supervisors, Estimators, Administrators, and Field Staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring all disciplines work cohesively.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor project progress, documentation, workforce allocation, and overall operational efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support estimating by reviewing scopes, labour/ material requirements, margins, and qualifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Supporting operations during project pre-starts, scheduling and site conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Review invoices to ensure accuracy, workmanship and completeness.</span></li>\n<li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, building owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support department growth through strong service delivery, sales confidence, and operational leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with process improvements, workflow management, and overall team performance.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in hiring Office and Field Technicians.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct team meetings as required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in operational costs and budget forecast.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You Bring to the Team</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>5+ years of experience in service management, construction operations, or field service leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous experience managing technicians, field staff, or service crews. </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, dispatching, and project coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working with property managers, consultants and building owners is considered a strong asset.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in project close-out, including costing and invoicing </span></li>\n<li><span>Roofing or building envelope experience considered an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities</span></li>\n<li><span>Sales confidence and the ability to help develop new service opportunities and customer relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office.</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Role Snapshot</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Location: Surrey Office – 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5</span></li>\n<li><span>Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite</span></li>\n<li><span>Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.</span></li>\n<li><span>Salary: $95,000 - $120,000</span></li>\n<li><span>Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday</span></li>\n<li><span>Reports To: Senior Vice President - Western Region</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Why Join Bothwell-Accurate?</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Competitive industry salary</span></li>\n<li><span>Health benefits</span></li>\n<li><span>The work is dynamic, engaging, and constantly evolving.</span></li>\n<li><span>A fulfilling career in a collaborative, team-oriented environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Be part of a company where you're not just taking a job, you’re building a career.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Bothwell-Accurate Co.
