    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Overview:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The 1st Shift <strong>CNC Mill Programmer/Operator</strong> is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components used in the manufacturing and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to create accurate CNC programs and machine setups that meet specified tolerances and quality standards.&nbsp;</p><p>Key responsibilities include tool selection, fixture setup, and the execution of efficient machining operations using G-code and CAM software. The CNC Mill Programmer/Operator performs in-process inspections, verifies part conformity using precision measuring instruments, and makes necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy throughout production.</p><p>In addition to machining tasks, the position includes routine machine maintenance, monitoring tooling wear, and ensuring proper coolant and lubrication levels. Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while consistently delivering high-quality components.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties:&nbsp;</strong><em>(Additional duties may be assigned as required.)</em><em>&nbsp;</em></p><ul><li>CNC Mill Programmer Operator will produce machine parts by programming from drawings, setting up, and operating through part completion.</li><li>CNC Mill Programmer Operator will write, store, and retrieve programs for machining parts.</li><li>Plan machining time by reviewing work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and material specifications.</li><li>Communicate any special tooling and stock tooling needed for machine/job.</li><li>Read blueprints and operates and inspects jobs.</li><li>Horizontal experience is a plus</li><li>Calculates dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and instruments.</li><li>Machines parts to specifications using milling machines.<s>&nbsp;</s>shapers, and grinders.</li><li>Measures, examines, and tests completed parts, checks for defects, and ensures conformance to specifications.</li><li>Completes preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled and maintains oil levels.</li><li>CNC Mill Programmer Operator will perform regular in-process inspection of equipment.</li><li>Performs regular inspection of tooling</li><li>Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.</li><li>CNC Mill Programmer will maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions.</li><li>Notifies supervisors if there are any problems with the machine.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;The requirements listed above, and below, are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. &nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Language Ability:</strong></p><p>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
