Plant Operations Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily functions of our manufacturing plant. This leadership role is vital to ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality plant operations while fostering a safe and positive work environment. If you are a proactive leader with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and team development, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Open and close the plant daily, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. Manage day-to-day plant operations to maintain consistent, high-quality production standards. Lead and oversee plant personnel, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure operational excellence. Safely batch concrete and load trucks according to order specifications, maintaining high efficiency and quality standards. Enter material tickets into the back-office system accurately and promptly. Prepare daily operational packets, including batch tickets, material tickets, daily truck sheets, and other relevant documentation. Uphold all safety, environmental, and operational policies without exception. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that aligns with the company’s core values. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of safety and environmental regulations. Ability to operate batching equipment and load trucks efficiently. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with back-office systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
