    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This position will assist the GNY Music & Creative Arts Department in operating the Summer Music & Creative Arts Conservatory programs by serving as a Logistics Assistant for Conservatory.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Conservatory Orientation: June 24th – 26th (arrive by 10am, June 24th)</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Junior Music & Creative Arts Conservatory: June 27th – July 2nd  </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Music & Creative Arts Camp: July 6th – July 11th (return to camp by 5:00pm, July 5th) </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Senior Music & Creative Arts Conservatory: July 14th – July 21st  (return to camp by 6:00pm on July 13th) </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Post-Conservatory Cleanup: July 22nd  </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>-</strong>Assist the Divisional Music & Creative Arts Director with all administrative, cleaning, and special projects as assigned during Conservatory and M&CA Camp sessions. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>-Each of the logistic assistants will participate in major classes and chorus as assigned and will help teach as needed for Conservatory and Music & Creative Arts Camp. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>             -</strong>Administrative Tasks    </p>\n<p><strong>            -</strong>Assist with setup and re-setting of program locations</p>\n<p><strong>            -</strong>Assist with evening program preparation and setup </p>\n<p><strong>            -</strong>Assist with all logistics for Conservatory programs as needed </p>\n<p><strong>            -</strong>Assist with Finale Program preparation and location setup             </p>\n<p><strong>            -</strong>Assist with moving and keeping track of all Conservatory equipment </p>\n<p><strong>            -</strong>Organize supplies in Conservatory Office        </p>\n<p>                     -Cleaning Responsibilities </p>\n<p>                     -Remove trash in all program areas (Office, Lounge, Assembly Room, Dining Room)</p>\n<p>                     -Assist in keeping outdoor areas clean, removing access trash as needed </p>\n<p>                     -Assist in keeping storage areas and Conservatory Office clean (sweep, mops, trash)</p>\n<p>            -Clean and refill large water containers as needed </p>\n<p>            -Change out water containers for water coolers </p>\n<p>            -All other duties as assigned by the Music & Creative Arts Director </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in performing and teaching music and/or creative arts discipline</li>\n <li>Must be organized and task-oriented </li>\n <li>Uniformed Salvationist who participates in music or arts ensembles at the corps and divisional level </li>\n <li>16 years of age or older</li>\n</ul>",
