          "text": "<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>This Sr Payroll Reconciliation Analyst ensures the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s financial records by validating payroll data against source documents.&#xa0; They identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations. This role requires strong payroll expertise along with a solid accounting foundation to ensure precision, compliance, and alignment with broader financial operations.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Systematically compare payroll outputs (earnings, taxes, benefits, deductions) against HR inputs and time-and-attendance records before finalizing transmission.</li><li>Reconcile payroll liability accounts, tax deposits, garnishments, and benefits against general ledger entries.</li><li>Establish and enforce strict payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls (such as SOX compliance) to prevent errors and fraudulent activities.</li><li>Partner with HR and accounting to ensure payroll data flows seamlessly and aligns with overall business objectives.</li><li>Manage and configure payroll and timekeeping software (e.g., UKG) to align pay cycles and deduction structures.</li><li>Support internal and external audits.</li><li>Remain current on existing and new payroll guidelines, processes, or any legislation impacting payroll.&#xa0;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a&#xa0;Team Member&#xa0;encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
