          "text": "<p>Job Description:<br />This request is for the 2018 HEDIS audit, <br />Position is responsible for performing medical record reviews and data extraction for the HEDIS audit.<br />Prior HEDIS experience required. Must have an active RN or LPN license.<br />The new contract nurses will be onsite 100% migrating to working from home 4 days a week. How long that takes is dependent on how quickly they come up to speed.<br />Travel to physician offices is very limited early on and may increase as we get closer to the end of the audit.<br />We try to obtain as much as possible via phone and fax.<br /></p>",
