As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HealthPRO Pediatrics provides pediatric ABA and therapy services in clinics, schools, and other care settings.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioralassessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures</li>\n <li>Develops individualized, evidence based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs</li>\n <li>Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data</li>\n <li>Ensures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for thecontinual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data driven goals and objectives</li>\n <li>Trains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and center</li>\n <li>Conducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan</li>\n <li>Completes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelines</li>\n <li>Participates in regular clinical meetings</li>\n <li>Agrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.</li>\n <li>Completes documentation of services in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs</li>\n <li>Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices</li>\n <li>Completes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines</li>\n <li>Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate and up to date “CAQH” profile and NPI</li>\n <li>Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educators</li>\n <li>Completes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline</li>\n <li>Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system</li>\n <li> Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s “The Professional andEthical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts”.</li>\n <li>Additional tasks, as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HealthPro Heritage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
