    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><strong>Custom Truck One Source &ldquo;CTOS&rdquo; 3522 Middlebranch Ave. NE, Canton Ohio 44075<br></strong></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Custom Truck One Source is the first true single-source provider or specialized truck and heavy equipment solutions, offering a vast rental fleet, new and used equipment sales, aftermarket parts and tooling supply, world-class service, customization and remanufacturing.</p><p>The Service Administrator will provide administrative and customer service support for the Service Department&rsquo;s daily functions.</p><ul><li>Day Shift, Mon &ndash; Fri., 7am &ndash; 3:30pm and ability to work OT as needed to 4:30/5 pm</li><li>Attention to detail, Office Software, ERP or M3 software exp a plus, Customer Service Attitude.</li><li>CTOS offers healthcare, paid vacation, sick and holidays, 401K match, career advancement opportunity.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Email customers/salesperson regarding customer damage with appropriate documentation</li><li>Obtain PO&rsquo;s from customer after sales approves the invoice.</li><li>Obtains vehicle data after yard attendant checks in unit.</li><li>Prepare work orders shop technicians and customers.</li><li>Indicates on the repair order the exact repair instructions, making a special note of the main reason(s) the customer brought the vehicle in. &nbsp;Repair orders MUST be legible.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the customers and the service department regarding any mechanical issues that arise (planned or unplanned technical/mechanical issues).</li><li>Follows up on progress of each repair order during the day. &nbsp;Contacts customers by telephone regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised. &nbsp;Records changes on repair order in approved fashion.</li><li>Review every service repair order for proper completion and accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Add and/or change notes in repair orders.</li><li>Close repair orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete and file repair orders, billing forms, invoices, and requisition forms for service department.</li><li>Run reports for work orders and other business needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or the equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of aerial vehicles, equipment, and heavy &amp; light duty trucks (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Must be team oriented.
