We are on a mission to bring the benefits of Silicon Valley to all four corners of the world.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In Italy, Plug and Play focuses on several verticals: Food &amp; Beverage, Fintech, Sustainability, Automotive, Infrastructures, Aerospace and Defence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re actively seeking a Program Manager to support the DualTech by Takeoff Acceleration Program in Turin (Italy), taking ownership of the relationship with NATO DIANA, the Italian Ministry of Defence and dual-use startups, as well as executing the acceleration program timeline in terms of workshops and activities, main events organization and related marketing activities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Manager</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The role of the Program Manager is to independently design, plan, and execute the full lifecycle of startup accelerator programs and medium-scale events. This role combines strategic program design with hands-on operational excellence to ensure high-quality delivery across the global Plug and Play landscape.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Run and continuously improve the DualTech by Takeoff program, taking into account financial and timeline constraints.</li>\n<li>Manage a small team of up to two people.</li>\n<li>Be responsible for formal reporting on program activities and KPIs.</li>\n<li>Build and manage strong relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners and leverage the local dual use ecosystem to create opportunities and growth for dual use companies.</li>\n<li>Act as a mentor for startups, helping teams mature and succeed within the program.</li>\n<li>Oversee the organisation of small and medium size events such as kick off events, local demo day, roundtables and “speeddating” sessions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English and Italian</li>\n<li>4 years of working experience</li>\n<li>Master's Degree degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel at least twice a year</li>\n<li>High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G-suite, Zoom,Eventbrite, Keynote)</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a small and dynamic team</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and manage priorities</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Rigor in work &amp; Reactivity</li>\n<li>Startup and entrepreneurial affinity</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be part of Plug and Play - the biggest and fastest-growing startup innovation platform globally with locations worldwide such as Silicon Valley, Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Japan, etc..</li>\n<li>Be at the forefront of Deep Tech and A&amp;D innovation and get access to groundbreaking technologies.</li>\n<li>Be part of a dynamic, international and open-minded team in a vibrant working environment.</li>\n<li>Get access to and communicate with international startups, investors and industry leaders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">*All applications must be submitted in English.</span></p>\n<p>*Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days minimum at the office.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
