The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-scale retail solutions using Oracle modules and next-generation RMS platforms. This role requires a strong technical foundation in PL/SQL, microservices architecture, and REST/SOAP integrations, along with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality, scalable systems.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Architect, design, and lead the development of enterprise-scale retail solutions using Oracle Retail technologies, including RMS, RIB, ReSA, ReHA, RICS, and next-generation RMS platforms</li>\n  <li>Drive end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and long-term maintainability</li>\n  <li>Serve as a technical authority on Oracle Retail systems, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers and cross-functional teams</li>\n  <li>Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL logic and database structures to support high-volume transactional retail systems</li>\n  <li>Define and implement microservices architectures and integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless interoperability between platforms</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with enterprise architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions</li>\n  <li>Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to security, performance, and reliability standards</li>\n  <li>Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging Oracle Retail trends, tools, and methodologies to inform strategic technology decisions</li>\n  <li>Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence across engineering and project teams</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>10+ years of experience working within the Oracle Retail technology ecosystem</li>\n  <li>Proven expertise with Oracle Retail modules including RMS, RIB, ReSA, ReHA, and RICS</li>\n  <li>Deep technical proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and strong understanding of Oracle database architecture</li>\n  <li>Extensive experience implementing SOAP and RESTful integration patterns</li>\n  <li>Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying microservices-based architectures</li>\n  <li>Strong understanding of retail business workflows, operations, and systems.</li>\n  <li>Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n  <li>Delivers clear, comprehensive documentation for both technical and functional specifications.</li>\n  <li>Committed to maintaining high standards in code quality, testing practices, and delivery excellence</li>\n  <li>Familiarity with Oracle APEX development and hands-on experience with integration or streaming tools such as Mulesoft, Kafka, or similar platforms, preferred</li>\n  <li>Possess a respectful, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive project success</li>\n  <li>Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and accountability by asking the right questions to uncover meaningful insights</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>&nbsp;\n</div>",
