    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.23.14/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.23.14/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><p data-pasted=\"true\">EMH&amp;T is currently looking for a Seasonal Resident Project Representative to join our Construction Services team located in Columbus, OH.&nbsp;</p><p>Our Construction Services team monitors the work of contractors to ensure quality control and contract compliance primarily for public capital improvement projects. The RPR will oversee, inspect and monitor contractual field work which includes excavations, drainage facilities, road surfaces, water line installation and sanitary sewer piping and structures; schedules work and inspection phases with contactor and agency personnel.&nbsp;</p><p>This position is full-time, seasonal.&nbsp;</p><p><u>Qualifications</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience&nbsp;in construction related activities, including experience in the inspection of state, county and public construction projects. Past experience must involve CIP projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of construction practices and techniques, engineering terminology, principles and techniques of civil engineering including materials testing, surveying and plans review and knowledge of materials used in construction projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Other experience, education and registration may be substituted.</li></ul><ul><li>Registration with the ACI preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>Desired Skills</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Observation &amp; measurement techniques.</li><li>Attention to detail, organizational and follow up capabilities.</li><li>Mathematical skills, e.g. averages, percentages, ratios, proportions, logarithms, geometry.</li><li>Demonstrated oral and written communications.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.</li><li>Cooperation and adaptability.</li><li>Appreciation for safe work procedures.</li></ul><p>All EMH&amp;T field personnel are subject to our safety-sensitive testing program. This means that your name will be placed in a pool for random screenings after your program training is completed.
