This role blends content creation, program support, facilitation, and LMS administration while partnering closely with subject matter experts and business leaders to translate knowledge into practical, engaging learning experiences.</p>\n<p><strong>Location</strong></p>\n<p>This position is full-time, onsite in Detroit, Michigan; your parking will be paid for. Openness to occasional travel to project sites.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Content Development</strong><strong>:</strong> Design, update, and maintain learning content, training materials, presentations, and job aids aligned with business needs</li>\n <li><strong>Program Customization:</strong> Curate and tailor programs for early‑career, leadership, and high‑potential development in partnership with strategic learning partners</li>\n <li><strong>Curriculum Design:</strong> Develop learning paths and curriculum for role‑specific career development and technical training</li>\n <li><strong>Content Enhancement:</strong> Improve and redesign existing training materials to increase clarity, engagement, and effectiveness</li>\n <li><strong>Program Implementation:</strong> Support the creation, rollout, and refresh of enterprise learning programs including mentorship, intern programming, leadership development, and continuing education</li>\n <li><strong>Training Facilitation: </strong>Assist with facilitation of live, virtual, and in‑person training sessions and program kickoffs</li>\n <li><strong>Program Coordination:</strong> Manage logistics, communications, scheduling, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution</li>\n <li><strong>LMS Administration:</strong> Support course setup, testing, assignments, reporting, troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy within the LMS</li>\n <li><strong>Reporting & Insights:</strong> Provide learning reports, analytics, and onboarding training schedule updates to leaders and HR partners</li>\n <li><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong>: Partner with HR, operations, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities</li>\n <li><strong>Learning Innovation:</strong> Stay current on learning best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance program effectiveness and learner engagement</li>\n <li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Support ongoing enhancement of learning programs, processes, and the overall learner experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n <li> Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, training, or related fields</li>\n <li> Strong content development and facilitation skills with an understanding of adult learning principles</li>\n <li> Ability to partner effectively with SMEs and stakeholders across the organization</li>\n <li> Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li>\n <li> Organized, disciplined, and proactive in managing timelines, meeting notes, action items, and next steps</li>\n <li> Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality</li>\n <li> Self‑starter with strong initiative and a desire to build, improve, and innovate</li>\n <li>Openness to occasional travel to project sites</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration </li>\n <li>Practice supporting enterprise‑wide learning programs</li>\n <li>Familiarity with blended learning approaches: in‑person, virtual, & eLearning</li>\n <li>Comfort facilitating training sessions and program kickoffs</li>\n <li>A passion for continuous improvement and learner engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Excited to make an impact?
