The role will focus on transaction-level E&S support across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, construction, telecommunications, agribusiness, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services, and will involve applying international E&S standards to projects seeking investment support. The required technical support may include but is not limited to:</span></span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11px;\"><span style=\"line-height:15pt;\">Review and assess environmental and social documentation (including ESIAs, management systems, and monitoring plans) for adequacy and compliance with applicable E&S standards</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11px;\"><span style=\"line-height:15pt;\">Identify environmental and social risks, gaps, and non-compliances, and develop or recommend appropriate mitigation measures and action plans</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span </span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:11px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">At least 5 years of experience in environmental and social due diligence, monitoring, and compliance for DFIs and/or private sector clients, with demonstrated exposure to projects in South and Southeast Asia and familiarity with institutions such as ADB, IFC, AIIB, and
