You and your office manager will develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Perform administrative tasks, as well as handling policy renewals and contacting underwriting to complete policies.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Assist with daily housekeeping routines</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Position Qualifications:</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li>\n\t<li>Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.</li>\n\t<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.</li>\n\t<li>Hold a valid and current Personal Lines or&nbsp;Property &amp; Casualty License in California</li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Basic Computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Complete continuing education courses (Paid for by A-MAX) as required to maintain active license status with CDI.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><em>At A-MAX Insurance, we believe in people.
