Today we carry that same approach to our expanded footprint: three retail locations, a backyard restaurant and concert venue, and our signature surf shop, A nationally recognized music festival right here in town, camps for the youth in our area, and more!</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style=\"line-height:1.38;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt;font-variant:normal;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration:none;\">As a team member in our cozy little ACK shack, you become the face of the brand to everyone who walks through the door and it's your job to provide a top notch hang while keeping things fun and light for customers, coworkers, and friends of Levitate. In a disconnected post-covid world, we aim to give people a reprieve by engaging with people in a thoughtful, connected, authentic way at each of our locations!</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Be a productive member of the Team&#160;</p><ul><li>Be a positive, productive member of your team and uplift those around you</li><li>Practice clear, proactive, and positive communication with your coworkers and management</li><li>Complete tasks in a diligent, complete manner to ensure your teammates are set up for success</li></ul><p>Day to Day</p><ul><li>Provide an exceptional experience for everyone who enters the store, engaging with each customer, coworker, and friend of Levitate in an upbeat, conversational manner</li><li>Serve as a friendly outlet for knowledge about Levitate&#8217;s operations, including Camps, Festival, and Backyard. Kindly help refer people to a point of contact for questions that you cannot answer.</li></ul><ul><li>Carefully process transactions, ticket sales, etc. through the POS system to minimize errors and optimize inventory accuracy.</li><li>Set up your coworkers and the store for success by keeping it clean, organized, and stocked.</li><li>Maintain store aesthetic and operational standards. Follow the rules that are designed to help make the store a destination for our community.</li><li>Assist with regular inventory stocking and organizational tasks as designated by manage&#160;</li><li>Handle cash and perform daily cash reconciliation (if required).</li></ul>",
