Assists in troubleshooting of all road and shop inquiries. Our technicians ensure the quality of repairs, consistency of service, communication of needs, and act as facilitators of safety and production necessary to complete tasks. This position requires strong team leadership skills as well as the ability to work side by side with all employees. Take the next step in your career and join a team that’s building the future of infrastructure.</span></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Click Here:</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><a href=\"https://youtu.be/huSE60O835I\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> https://youtu.be/huSE60O835I</a></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Job Functions:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnose repairs on all vehicles and equipment, field repairs when necessary</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintains accurate timely paperwork (mechanics reports, invoice coding, other requirements.)</span></li>\n<li><span>Orders parts, replacement parts, and supplies for assigned work</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinates missed parts, improper orders, and deliveries; follows up on required credits</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintains organization and cleanliness of the shop and company vehicles</span></li>\n<li><span>Works side by side with operations to ensure prompt delivery of repaired equipment</span></li>\n<li><span>Represents the company in a strict professional manner while on our job sites or outside customers</span></li>\n<li><span>Stays up to date with trends in heavy equipment technologies</span></li>\n<li><span>Assists other Technicians as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience/Education:</span> </span><span>Minimum five years’ prior work experience required on a variety of heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, off-road haulers, and loaders.
