font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As a Parent Liaison, you will work closely with families, staff, and community partners to improve family engagement and communication at your assigned afterschool site(s).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, ensuring consistent and culturally sensitive communication in both English and Spanish.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Translate and distribute key information to families and staff (program announcements, schedules, parent updates, school reports, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist afterschool staff and volunteer tutors in managing logistics, communication, and parent needs on site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help parents understand and navigate school systems and community services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build meaningful relationships with students' families and support them in addressing educational, behavioral, or social challenges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
