  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->The <strong>Mill Operator</strong> performs milling operations for various products at the direction of management.</div><div><!--block--><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><!--block--><strong>Essential functions</strong></div><div><!--block-->Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</div><ul><li><!--block-->Transfers product to cleaning bins as needed.</li><li><!--block-->Supervises cleaner operation and addresses minor troubleshooting issues.</li><li><!--block-->Assists with unloading/loading hopper trucks.</li><li><!--block-->Transfers split beans and feed from mill area to holding bins as necessary.</li><li><!--block-->Assists in the bagging room as needed.</li><li><!--block-->Assists in loading/unloading semi-trucks as needed.</li><li><!--block-->Helps guide and train new personnel.</li><li><!--block-->Empties tare bins.</li><li><!--block-->Facilitates mill changeover operations.</li><li><!--block-->Maintains the mill area to remain clean and well organized.</li><li><!--block-->Performs preventative maintenance on milling machinery</li><li><!--block-->Monitors and adjusts milling machinery to meet quality and customer standards</li><li><!--block-->Communicates with management and maintenance personnel on a timely basis to facilitate maintenance and repairs.</li><li><!--block-->Complies with company safety policies and maintains clean and orderly work area and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures, including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms.</li><li><!--block-->Other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>",
