Our multidisciplinary team works closely with clients navigating both mental health challenges and eating disorders, offering them the structure, tools, and support to build a sustainable path toward recovery.</p><p>We are looking for a dedicated, collaborative, and mission-driven individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Provide comprehensive <strong>nutritional assessments</strong> and ongoing care for PHP/IOP clients.</p></li><li><p>Deliver <strong>individual and family-based nutritional counseling and education</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with clinical team in <strong>treatment planning and case management</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Support clients in <strong>meal planning, preparation, and reintegration of food</strong> in a safe and supportive manner.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate <strong>nutrition-focused groups and psychoeducation sessions</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain educational materials and client resources.</p></li><li><p>Participate in <strong>discharge and aftercare planning</strong>, ensuring continuity of nutritional care.</p></li><li><p>Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, families, and team members.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Registered Dietitian</strong> (active credential required).</p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>mental health and/or eating disorder treatment settings</strong> preferred.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <strong>HAES (Health at Every Size)</strong> and <strong>Intuitive Eating</strong> frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of relevant <strong>DOH/state/federal standards and nutrition regulations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of <strong>compliance and quality assurance</strong> in a clinical environment.</p></li><li><p>Flexible and team-oriented, with the ability to adapt to evolving needs throughout the day.</p></li></ul><p>Join a dynamic and supportive team where your work can create lasting impact.
