          "text": "<p>The ideal candidate for this Installer role would likely possess the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Certificate, diploma and/or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum three&#xa0;(3) year previous cabinetry skills required.</li><li>Minimum two (2) years previous customer service experience.</li><li>Must maintain valid class 5 drivers’ license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, reach, stop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.</li><li>Experience with common hand/power tools.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication.</li><li>Must be able to work collaboratively and to follow direction.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, multi-taking, and organizational skills.</li><li>Computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office and possess the ability to learn internal computer programs.</li><li>Ability to work designated hours, extra hours during peak periods, with occasional overnight travel.</li><li>All offers made are contingent upon a successful criminal record check.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
