ABOUT BIRGO Birgo Capital is a Pittsburgh-based private equity real estate firm with ~$340M in AUM. We acquire and operate multifamily properties with a team of 100+ people who believe that excellent operations and meaningful impact are not in conflict. We're on track to reach $1B in AUM by 2030. Backed by 33 consecutive quarters of distributions and a national investor footprint, we are prepared to bring on our first Partner, Capital Formation. — THE OPPORTUNITY The Partner reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for one outcome: raising $50M–$100M of accredited investor equity annually. This is an end-to-end ownership role. From sourcing and relationship development through closed capital and reinvestment, you'll build the engine and own the results. Our leadership is available and will engage at key moments, but the pipeline, the process, and the performance are yours. — WHAT YOU'LL DO Build, manage, and expand a capital raising engine from your own network and relationships Independently source capital through HNWIs, family offices, and accredited investor referral networks Provide feedback on offering structure, investor objections, and messaging to sharpen conversion Steward full authority for the lifecycle of your talent. You are responsible for the "Who" aspect of your high-performance capital formation unit. Drive conversion from first conversation through closed commitment and reinvestment Engage as a trusted peer and advisor (not a salesperson) Maintain a forward-looking pipeline in HubSpot with forecasting rigor Partner with IR, Legal, Marketing, and the CEO on Reg D offering execution — WHO THRIVES HERE You are self-starting and goal-driven. It includes attainment-based incentives, long-term carried interest equity, and a base salary. — LOCATION Remote-eligible. Pittsburgh presence required a few times per quarter.
